Another beach visit

A couple of weeks ago we took our second trip to the beach. I'm not sure why Mom and Dad don't take me more often because I love it so much. Guess they're just really busy with work and taking care of the house. We had such a good time. In fact, I wore myself out and fell asleep for part of our trip. Don't worry. I wasn't asleep for long. 

Also Mom forgot to include one of the best pictures from Christmas so I'm putting it up now.

Christmas at our place

We had a wonderful Christmas. On Christmas Eve we invited friends over for a very filling dinner and then a movie. On Christmas morning Hana woke up early as usual so we decided to go ahead and open presents. We were able to skype with my family so that the Grandparents could see Hana opening presents. She really liked ripping the paper and has been in toy heaven ever since. 

My family has a tradition of giving the kids one ornament every year so that when they leave the house, they'll have something to put on their Christmas tree. Hana got her first ornament from us this year and apparently she loved it (or loved to eat it). (Sorry we didn't get a picture of the one that the Grandparents sent.) 

That was our wonderful Christmas. We enjoyed being together and not being pulled in so many directions. We have been truly blessed this year and it is especially evident as we look back at what has happened for us in 2011.  We miss all of you and hope that you decide that 2012 would be a great year to visit Hawaii. 

7 Months

So we've now been a family of three for about 7 months. Here are some pictures that we took to celebrate. I promise that we'll be loading up some Christmas and some beach pictures from the holidays.

Random pictures

Mom has been terrible about taking pictures lately (no surprise there) so the only pictures that there are to put up are random ones from who knows how long ago. Enjoy and Mom promises to take pictures this week. 

  

We had dinner at a really fancy house with this kitchen that Mom and Dad couldn't stop drooling over. Eewww. I'm supposed to be the only one drooling. 

In case anyone is interested, Mom and Dad are doing well and send their love. They said that they want to get Christmas cards out but it may be more like Valentines cards. Don't expect too much from these guys. They're sweet and try hard but I keep them pretty busy. 

Beach

Dad is so sweet and took Mom and I to the beach for the first time. (We had stopped by the beach once but never been to walk/lay on the sand and play in the water.) Here are the pictures and videos. They speak for themselves. Be sure to turn your sound off for the videos. It was super windy and there is just a bunch of terrible noise. 

It was pretty nice. We had the place pretty much to ourselves. Come to visit so we can have a bigger crew when we go.
